This product is currently under development and is not currently for sale. Issue with balun footprints and further testing needs to be done. First available will likely be Rev B. Please directly contact us if you would like a Rev A prototype in the meantime.
Based on Analog Devices ADL5380. Datasheet
Mounted with a turret connection, 2 through-hole pads, and 1 surface-mount pad for power supply and chassis connections. 2 through-hole pads and 1 surface-mount pad for each signal line. Through-hole pads will accept standard headers. SMA connectors for local oscillator (LO) input and RF signal input. 0dBm nominal.
This module is sturdy when mounted with only 2 standoffs (one in each corner) and extremely solid when all 4 are used.
For demodulating complex 400MHz to 6GHz signals.
Circuitry is minimal. Bypass capacitors, baluns, bias resistor, and connectors to facilitate using the ADL5380 in a project. Baluns are very wide-bandwidth Mini-Circuits TCM1-63AX+. SMA jacks rated to 20GHz. 100pF bypass and DC blocking capacitors are RF-rated Kemet CBR04C101F3GAC.
Module size: 2.5"x2.0" nominal (2.4"x1.9" actual).
Mounting holes: 4x #4 screw holes (0.116") on 0.5" grid. 2"x1.5"
Contents: module PCB with all components except R1 (bias setting) and turrets installed, no hardware or additional components.
